Ingredients:
  • 4 scoops pb nutrition chocolate
  • 1 ¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup desiccated coconut
Method:
  1. Stir peanut butter and maple syrup together, and then add the pb nutrition powder.
  2. Mix with your hands and form the dough into small balls. If you find they are too dry, add a little more peanut butter to the mix.
  3. Add coconut to a spare plate and roll the balls in the coconut, just enough to cover.
  4. Place the balls into a sealed container, store in the fridge.

Tip: Play around with these by adding a dash of cinnamon/nutmeg for a touch of spice or mix it up by stirring through some goji berries!
