Ingredients:
- 4 scoops pb nutrition chocolate
- 1 ¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1/8 cup desiccated coconut
Method:
- Stir peanut butter and maple syrup together, and then add the pb nutrition powder.
- Mix with your hands and form the dough into small balls. If you find they are too dry, add a little more peanut butter to the mix.
- Add coconut to a spare plate and roll the balls in the coconut, just enough to cover.
- Place the balls into a sealed container, store in the fridge.
Tip: Play around with these by adding a dash of cinnamon/nutmeg for a touch of spice or mix it up by stirring through some goji berries!
